Teeth Extraction

Other treatment options to save your tooth are usually recommended before extraction is considered. However extractions may sometimes be necessary during times when a tooth is deemed untreatable. Going through extractions can be an uncomfortable process, our dentist here at My Dentist at Cannon Hill are here to help.

When a extraction does occur it will leave a gap, which may be unsightly, affecting your confidence to smile, cause loss of function or cause the other teeth to shift or tilt into the gap  causing damage to these teeth. If an extraction is required, replacing lost tooth using an artificial prosthesis, such as a partial or full denture, bridge, or a dental implant is highly recommended.
